The Best Oil Free Veggie Burgers! 

 

Time: 1 Hour

Makes about 8 patties

1 Cup of Rolled Oats

-blend in food processor until very fine

-set aside in a large mixing bowl

 

Add into food processor:

½ of a red onion

2 Small Red beets

½ Cup of pickles

1 Cup of loosely packed mushrooms

1 Tbsp Garlic salt

1 Tbsp fennel seeds

1 Tbsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp onion Powder

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper

-blend all these ingredients (scrape sides when needed)

 

Add into food processor:

1 handful of cilantro, parsley and dill

-blend all the ingredients again and add to your mixing bowl

 

Add into food processor:

1 can of rinsed and drained pinto beans

1 can of rinsed and drained black beans

1 can of rinsed and drained garbanzo beans

1 Tbsp yellow mustard

-blend ingredients (scrape sides again when needed)

-add bean mix to mixing bowl and combine ALL ingredients with a large spoon or fork. Mix well.

- when all the ingredients are combined shape and form into patties.

- place patties on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (I noticed the patties cook best when you let them rest for 10-20 min before baking)

- bake at 385 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 min When they are done, simply add your favorite burger condiments and enjoy! 🤗🌱
