Buffalo Wing Hummus (very easy and fast recipe)

Serves 2

Time:10 Min

Ingredients:

1 Can of Garbanzo Beans rinsed

¼ cup of buffalo sauce (you can go lighter or heavier on

the sauce depending on your spice preference) 

1 tsp cashews

1 garlic clove

salt to taste​

water (as needed)

Directions:

For this recipe I used my magic bullet and added all the ingredients listed above and blended it until it turned creamy. Add water as needed. Start with 1 tbsp and add more if you blender isn't able to blend the ingredients. Don't over do the water. Top with cayenne pepper for extra heat.

Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!

Vegan Tzatziki Sauce 

 

1 Cup of Vegan Sour Cream

2 Tbsp small cubed cucumbers

1 Tbsp red onion

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp finely chopped dill

1 Tbsp pickle juice

juice from 1/2 of a lemon

1 tsp garlic powder

Add all the following ingredients and mix together. You can also 

top with olive oil and paprika if desired. 

 

 

Mushroom Alfredo Sauce

Serves 2

Time:15 min

Ingredients:

½ cup of Cashews

½ cup of sautéed mushrooms

½ cup of sautéed onions

1 medium sized raw garlic clove

1 tsp garlic powder (optional for extra garlic flavor)

¼ cup Nutritional Yeast

¼ cup Follow Your Heart Vegan Parmesan Cheese

1 tsp Lemon Pepper

salt to taste

Directions:

1. In a small pan, sautée your mushrooms and onions together. You can choose to make this an oil free dish by sautéing them in water. If not, you can use a tbsp of olive oil. Sauté until the mushrooms and onions are browned. 

2. Using a small blender (I used my magic bullet) blend all the ingredients listed above including your sautéed mushrooms and onions. 

3. Serve with your favorite pasta, top with extra parmesan if desired and enjoy!
