(Great for PMS)

Makes 4 Servings

1 Whole Celery Stalk

2 Red Beets

2 Apples

1 Large English Cucumber

1 Whole Pomegranate

Ginger (thumb size)

2 Carrots

2 Lemons (Squeezed)

Directions: You can place all of these ingredients in a juicer or you can place them in a blender and then use a cheese cloth or nut milk bag to squeeze the juice out.
