Garlicky Green Beans

Who doesn't love garlic?! It has many health benefits including boosting your immune system, reducing blood pressure, detoxify heavy metals in the body and some say it may help you live a longer life! But we all know the best part is that tastes so good with food! I'm excited to share with you all this delicious and nutritious garlicky green bean recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Time:  15 min

Serves 1


1 Handful of Green Beans

4 Cloves of minced Garlic

Red Onion minced (Equal to the amount of garlic)

Salt/Pepper to taste

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp of Vegetable bullion


1. In a small sautéing pan, add a shallow amount of water. Just enough to cover the green beans half way.

2. Cook on high until boiling.

3. Add all the ingredients including your green beans, seasonings, garlic and onions. 

4.Mix your ingredients well  and make sure your onions and garlic are cooking in the water too.

5. When all the water evaporates check to see if your green beans are cooked. If they are cooked then feel free to serve, garnish and enjoy! If they're not cooked fully yet, add more water until fully cooked.
