Creamy Alfredo Pasta

Serves 4


½ Cup of Cashews

¼ Cup of Follow your heart shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 tbsp garlic powder

½ tbsp onion powder

¼ Cup of nutritional yeast

1 tbsp Italian herb mix or pesto

1 Cup of water

salt/pepper to taste

if you want to make the recipe AMAZING add the following ingredients

1 ½ tbsp truffle oil

¼ cup pine nuts


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

If your sauce is too watery blend more cashews. If its too thick, add more water. 

*note: if you have extra sauce left over, it will thicken up a lot overnight so you will need to add water if you use it the next day. 

Add this sauce to a batch of fresh cooked pasta and enjoy!
